Both lovable and frustrating

The large kitchen suite was immaculate and offered great value. The staff, particularly Daniel, provided incredible support, guiding us to local attractions and ensuring every need was fulfilled!

The remote location required transportation for any necessities, which felt inconvenient at times. The absence of nearby dining options can be frustrating for some guests!

The property didn’t maximize natural light or views due to limited windows in the master. The lack of a safe or hair blower was a nuisance. On one occasion, heavy rain caused a leak in the roof, disrupting sleep, and the second day's room service left fresh towels out of the equation.

The place is brand new and has access to a sister resort's hot springs, which are amazing. Daniel, our concierge, was super helpful with recommendations Our room was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was delicious with fine views!

Villa Serena is perfectly spacious for families, with pristine grounds offering lush foliage. The stunning bar at the hot springs was a delightful experience, enhancing our peaceful escape.

Loved the large, clean room and the fantastic breakfast options, especially the fresh fruits! Just a bit disappointed by the lack of natural light in the kitchen area. Would definitely stay again!

The villa was incredibly spacious, making it feel like a true retreat. The lush garden views are breathtaking! ! I also appreciated the handy kitchen suite, which made meal prep convenient and easy. , The staff were proactive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly.

serenity hotel & villas has very spacious rooms and incredibly friendly staff. we even met the owner who shared great tips on hikes! the location is good if you have a car, and we loved that we could visit their sister property to enjoy the hot springs for free.
